Service Technicians
Our Diesel Mechanics and Service Technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable individuals, passionate about supporting our customers. They enjoy problem-solving, working with their hands, and collaborating with their fellow team members to get the job done.
As a Titan of the industry, Diesel and Service Technicians also receive additional performance incentives. We’ll provide you with tool and equipment allowances of $1,500 per year, tax-free, safety and protective equipment completely free, work boot reimbursement allowance, and uniforms and laundering services.
Dealership Teams
With nearly 100 locations across our footprint, Titan Machinery’s dealership teams continuously work together to provide our incredible customers with the best-in-class solutions in agriculture, construction, and application while cultivating solid and enduring relationships.

Corporate Team
With the mission to support the work our dealership teams do every single day, Titan Machinery’s Shared Resource Center (SRC) is located in West Fargo, North Dakota, and serves as our North American headquarters.
This central office is filled with individuals and teams passionate about serving each of our locations, providing them with solutions and expertise, opportunities for growth, and ongoing resources.

Manufacturing
Our skilled manufacturing team manufactures the application support products and accessories, including Tenders, Spreaders, Tandems, Liquid Trailers, and Anhydrous Wagons to keep application equipment operating at peak efficiency. Our manufacturing team works together to fabricate parts, welding, painting, and assembly to complete the finished product.
